Charter Cable is the worst company on the face of this planet . So many people have stated this clearly over many years, so there isn't too much more to say. Briefly: last week I picked up two additonal cable boxes so that I could continue to watch the now "all digital" network. Thank you for the 200-new Spanish speaking stations by the way. After hooking one up and I watched the screen continue to state that I must "call to add this device", despite the fact that I had already activated it online. Then, after calling and "getting it fixed", 5-minutes later the same message returned. I then tried all available connection methods and called again. After about two hours of my time I was told that a technician must come to my house!? WTF!? To plug in a fucking cable box? Who pays me back for my time?
